Instructions for E-Poster Presenters
E-POSTER PRESENTATION FORMAT
- E-Poster presenters have each been allocated 7 minutes to present their E-Poster, which includes 5 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for Q&A.
- In addition, E-Poster presenters are also eligible to present a Paper Poster at the Conference. Printed Poster Guidelines and Instructions are available here.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR E-POSTER PRESENTATION SLIDES
- Please refer to the conference program for the exact time of each e-poster presentation.
- Each e-poster presenter has to prepare PowerPoint slides (ratio 16:9) or a pdf file to present their research.
- The file will be displayed on an e-poster station and each presenter will talk over it.
- The presentation file (PowerPoint or pdf) has to be submitted via email to reg_icle22@kenes.com by 10th March 2022.
E-POSTER SESSIONS
Location: E-Poster Area, located in the Exhibition & Networking Area (Grosser Saal)
E-Poster Presentation Sessions are scheduled in the coffee breaks during the conference days as indicated in the conference program. All participants are invited to the E-Poster Station to hear the short presentations and to ask questions. Each E-Poster Session will be guided by a chair.
- E-poster presenters should be at the E-Poster station 10 -15 minutes before the start of their E-Poster Session and remain there until the session has finished.
- The Chair will introduce each e-poster presenter and will give them the floor to present their research as per their allocated time.
- E-Poster presenters are kindly requested to respect and keep the time frame allocated for their presentation.
